About the Health Information Management Specialist Role

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare; Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred. Must have strong knowledge of HIPAA, medical terminology and be proficient with EMR and documentation management systems. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential for interdepartmental collaboration.
