What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze, research, and document business processes and stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate business needs into actionable requirements for Agile teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
• Ensure business needs are clearly understood and delivered through Agile processes
• Utilize strong analytical skills to enable operations through technology

What Is Required (Qualifications)

A Bachelor's degree is required along with prior experience as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst supporting application development. Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, high attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
