What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide strategic leadership to empower a team of data engineers.
• Drive cost optimization across data infrastructure and efficiency measures.
• Oversee design and implementation of scalable pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
• Develop KPIs and metrics for performance and cost optimization success.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in data engineering/analytics with 3+ years in management.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline architectures, cloud infrastructure, and cost optimization.
• Experience in managing budgets, AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI environments, Apache Airflow, DBT, and SQL.

• Background in cybersecurity or handling security-related data.
• MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven record of significant cost-saving initiatives in data infrastructure.
