What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Input and maintain project data in the Primavera P6 system, including activities and task relationships.
• Monitor project progress and help identify discrepancies with corrective plans.
• Generate and present regular schedule reports for projects.
• Manage project resources and ensure accurate assignment to activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to verify progress and maintain current status.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with varying years of scheduling experience based on seniority levels. Must have proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution Projects. Experience managing small teams. Professional certification or training in Project Management or Scheduling is a plus.
