What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Perform remote eDiscovery data collections with occasional travel for onsite imaging projects.
  • Design and implement defensible collection strategies across various data sources.
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of a data catalog and evidence management system.
  • Research and evaluate emerging eDiscovery technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain strict data hygiene and chain of custody protocols for all evidence.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 1-3 years of experience in eDiscovery, data governance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the EDRM framework and eDiscovery lifecycle.
  • Experience collecting data from enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Box.
  • Experience with forensic acquisition/imaging tools like Cellebrite, FTK, EnCase.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python.
  • Experience with cloud-based eDiscovery platforms like RelOne.
  • Background in cybersecurity or digital forensics.
