What Is Required (Qualifications)
The role requires a Public Trust Clearance by the start date, ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be obtained within 120 days), and 2-7 years of technical support experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Candidates with one year of experience in Windows/Mac desktop support, smartphone support, remote support tools, proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and ServiceNow, and flexibility for various shifts including holidays will be favored.
