About The Role

The Data Analyst will drive data initiatives within sales, marketing, and customer success as part of the M.A.A.D team in Revenue Operations. You will design and deliver BI solutions using Tableau dashboards, CRM Analytics, ad-hoc reports, and exploratory analyses. The role involves working with cross-functional leaders, engineers, and product managers to translate business, product, and technical needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Structures: Optimize databases using SQL, Python, or similar languages.
  • Dashboarding: Create and maintain complex dashboards for decision-making.
  • Actionable Analysis: Perform exploratory analyses on organizational health and opportunities.
  • Analytical Modeling: Build models to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes.
  • Collaboration: Lead meetings with technical and non-technical teams on data visualization and requirements.
  • Cultural Contribution: Champion Hiring Company’s cultural principles.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a data-based role.
  • Experience in data manipulation and processing, especially with SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics.
  • Must be located in, and authorized to work, in Canada.
