Position Overview
The Customer Service Medical Receptionist Remote USA receives incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors and others via phone, email, and web portal. The role ensures accurate and timely information delivery while maintaining high customer service and quality standards.
Working as part of a team, you will support one or more service delivery teams, build strong collaborative relationships, and identify additional ways to serve customers while ensuring their satisfaction. You will also help foster continuous process improvements and adhere to privacy, safety, local, state, and federal regulations.
Additional Requirements
This is a work-from-home position requiring minimum internet speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Education & Experience
HS Diploma or GED is required. Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in medical/healthcare or related customer service environments such as Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call centers, or administrative roles. Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, email, and database systems is expected.

Shift Details and Benefits
