What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Guide, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and providers across multiple communication channels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling 30-40 calls per day, plus chats, texts, emails, and video interactions.
  • Providing accurate and timely resolutions while navigating multiple systems.
  • Educating customers on healthcare plans and encouraging digital tool usage.
  • Solving inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and provider information.
  • Maintaining professionalism and documenting all interactions thoroughly.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Candidates should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center.
  • Over 3 years of overall customer service experience.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree, or progress toward one.
  • Experience working across multiple customer service channels.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
