What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Guide, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and providers across multiple communication channels. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling 30-40 calls per day, plus chats, texts, emails, and video interactions.
- Providing accurate and timely resolutions while navigating multiple systems.
- Educating customers on healthcare plans and encouraging digital tool usage.
- Solving inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and provider information.
- Maintaining professionalism and documenting all interactions thoroughly.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Candidates should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center.
- Over 3 years of overall customer service experience.
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree, or progress toward one.
- Experience working across multiple customer service channels.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
