What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Complete background checks and individualized assessments with applicants.
  • Review background check results and determine eligibility based on company hiring criteria.
  • Document and maintain employment records in compliance with consumer report laws.
  • Foster relationships with field branches by providing responsive background check support via phone and email.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year related Human Resource experience and/or training.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
