What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

The Cloud Data Operations Engineer will:

• Provide technical support for Data Cloud deployment on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with the DTP Enterprise Data Cloud team to design complex solutions
• Create a migration roadmap from Enterprise Data Cloud subscription to Enterprise tenant
• Advocate best practices for cloud services to drive competitive advantage
• Mentor junior resources on cloud adoption and development

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum eight years of diverse IT experience, with six years in systems analysis and application development
• Expert knowledge in cloud infrastructure, Azure Cloud solutions, and data services
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Candidates may also have:

• Experience with PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar languages for Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with Azure services such as ADF, ADB, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Ability to build enterprise knowledge base systems
• Expertise in identity management systems like ADFS and AAD
• A strong, detail-oriented approach to project management
