About the Role

The Clinician Support Specialist Tele Triage role at Talentify.io offers an opportunity to work remotely within a growing healthcare services culture. You will support clinical providers in triaging and caring for patients while handling clinical documentation and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical providers in patient triage and care
  • Prepare clinical documentation as requested by providers
  • Perform medication reconciliation for acute Tele Triage visits
  • Document lab and imaging results in patient charts
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding visits and orders

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus. Required typing speed is 45 words per minute or greater. Previous medical scribing experience is preferred.
