About the Role
The Client Experience Coordinator role at Client Experience Coordinator is designed for professionals passionate about virtual alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling and setup of virtual ADR services and breakout room logistics
- Complete administrative tasks including case management, data entry, and support for virtual events
- Provide ongoing technical support to panelists and clients during sessions
- Partner with management to train new moderators and panelists on virtual ADR platforms
- Facilitate e-signature processes for settlement agreements and conduct basic Zoom training
Qualifications
Required: High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years administrative, clerical, or ADR experience; proficiency with virtual media software and audio/video calls; excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic legal industry knowledge.
Preferred: Experience in legal and client service environments; IT and video conferencing tools experience; prior experience as a Client Experience Coordinator; multimedia support skills including Zoom and HDMI connectivity.
