What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system.
  • Input and review notes/diaries as instructed.
  • Process payments and manage associated mail and filing tasks.
  • Prepare, create, and send letters, reports, and forms.
  • Provide customer service by handling telephone calls and scheduling medical appointments.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum six months of clerical or customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
