  • Lead Change Advisory Board and organize governance meetings.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum 3 years in change and/or software configuration management.
  • Proficiency in ITIL process frameworks.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Advanced understanding of software configuration and change management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in multi-product environments.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with establishing SLAs and availability goals.
  • Knowledge of PCI-DSS.
