What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform essential CMA job functions in coordination with Primary Care Physicians and Nursing staff
- Provide patient care through telehealth and MyCarle platforms
- Document all care in EPIC EMR according to department standards
- Order and schedule appointments, labs, and screenings per protocol
- Coordinate care with social work, pharmacy, and other collaborating services when appropriate
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification from recognized organizations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ambulatory medical office experience
- Inpatient hospital experience
