Job Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit and document business requirements and user stories. You will analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, create process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes to support solution design, lead workshops and sessions to capture user needs, and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field along with 5-7+ years of experience in roles such as Business Systems Analyst or Product Analyst. Strong knowledge of enterprise business processes, data modeling, and preferably 5+ years of SQL experience is essential. Excellent communication skills are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred skills include experience with low-code/no-code development platforms, familiarity with systems integrations and data flows, proficiency in process mapping and wireframing tools like Lucid, Visio, and Figma, and hands-on experience with enterprise task and requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence. A solutions-focused and inquisitive mindset is a plus.
