What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead a team in SAFe Agile software development focusing on planning and design.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, analyze complex business problems, and determine IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with Developers and UX/UI designers to turn visual concepts into functional online experiences.
  • Gather and analyze business data and user needs to define system objectives and scope.
  • Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement support for client business goals.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, technical or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience.
  • Experience in data analytics and programming.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective documentation abilities.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Certified SAFe Practitioner certification.
  • Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar government agencies.
  • Ability to obtain government clearance.
  • Experience in designing basic UX/UI wireframes and client presentations.
