What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with functional leads and subject matter experts to document future-state business processes.
• Build methods and procedures documentation with clear, step-by-step instructions.
• Analyze workflows for improvement and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to identify gaps in current documentation.
• Manage project open items related to business processes and methods & procedures.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Modeler or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling notations, particularly BPMN.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or CMMI.
• Experience in state government sectors, particularly in DHS or Child Welfare domains.
