What To Expect

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform operational activities between broker/dealer and clearing firm.
  • Review daily reports and resolve compliance findings.
  • Process check deposits from advisors and clients.
  • Manage Salesforce Operations queue requests.
  • Collaborate with custodian and advisor teams to resolve issues.

What Is Required

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years financial industry background.
  • Excellent communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred FINRA Series 7 and SIE; Series 24 is a plus.
