What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Respond promptly to orders via phone and email.
  • Review proposals for service quality and pricing.
  • Negotiate pricing and process warranty applications.
  • Create and issue purchase orders accurately.
  • Provide client recommendations on repairs and service locations.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Reside in the Kansas City Metropolitan area or surrounding KS/MO counties.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • 6 months of automotive maintenance or repair experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
  • ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership.
