What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing process and consolidation of results in OneStream.
• Prepare and review key quarterly financial reporting deliverables for submission to RTX.
• Review significant accruals, inter-company eliminations, and non-controlling interest calculations.
• Manage ongoing transformation projects to enhance financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and perform necessary assessments.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 12+ years of experience; or an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CPA certification.
• Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or in a public company.
• Knowledge of SAP ledgers and OneStream consolidations tool.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies to improve processes.
