What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with content leadership and stakeholders to execute customer-focused content strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand user issues, trends, and preferences.
• Develop a network of contacts by identifying potential authors and subject matter experts.
• Plan and propose market-focused content to ensure business growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support promotional and sales efforts.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Education in Communications, English, Education, or a related field.
