What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Assist with fleet telematics, insurance updates, and branch travel for inventory counts, renovations, and relocations.
  • Ensure branches maintain proper safety equipment and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and coordinate maintenance and repairs for branch assets including vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain preferred vendor lists, oversee purchasing, and coordinate vendor contracts.
  • Manage the operations helpdesk ticket system and assist with facility repairs.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and possess excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and vendor management skills. Ability to travel as needed is mandatory.
