Analyst II- OpTime Anesthesia

Position Overview

The Analyst II- OpTime Anesthesia at Talentify.io is responsible for installing, designing, configuring, training, and supporting application systems for healthcare. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design system requirements, optimize application functionality through new developments, and support testing and vendor releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and activate the application database.
• Participate on new implementation and installation project teams.
• Troubleshoot, research and resolve technically challenging problems.
• Document and maintain system design and build documents.
• Support end users and coordinate system changes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience plus 2-4 years healthcare experience. EPIC Certification within 6 months of hire is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Five or more years of healthcare IT experience, at least two years in healthcare IT, and ITIL Foundation Certification.

Additional Functions

This role requires on-time completion of all required education, flexible working hours including extended periods and weekends, and possible on-call availability. Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 pounds and prolonged periods of sitting, walking, or standing.

Remote Work Location

This position is remote. Approved states include Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, South Dakota, Texas, South Carolina, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Michigan. Candidates from states not listed must relocate to Montana or one of the approved states.
