What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain engineering team schedules and ensure proper resource planning.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
• Remove obstacles hindering the team and promote Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in an Agile environment, using Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with JIRA management and Agile performance metrics.
• Familiarity with UX design processes.
• Previous roles in project management or team leadership.
• Knowledge of additional Agile methodologies beyond Scrum and Kanban.
