What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, including those from 3PL and wholesaler invoices.
• Develop and implement robust reconciliation processes for wholesaler fees and discounts.
• Effectively maintain customer purchase orders and oversee sales order tracking, continuously enhancing SAP reporting capabilities.
• Engage in the testing and implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enhancements within SAP systems.
• Provide critical backup support for AP remittance decisions and maintain transparent communication with the IR Team regarding invoice processing status.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, finance, or general accounting functions.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience utilizing SAP software.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in all financial operations.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical trade and/or supply chain sectors.
• Demonstrated experience with Procure-to-pay and/or Procure-to-cash processes.
• Proficiency and experience with S4/HANA and Enterprise SAP systems.
