What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze multiple data file formats from suppliers to create dispute exposure analytics
- Collaborate with suppliers and management to monitor and resolve statement disputes
- Lead conference calls or meetings with supplier partners to address issues and improve processes
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to meet Accounts Payable targets
- Develop and prepare various reports for reconciliation and management presentations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; two or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a high-volume environment
