The Role: Senior GTM Sourcer
As a Senior GTM Sourcer, you will find and attract the world's best talent for our clients using innovative sourcing techniques. You will embed with one client at a time, understanding their culture and partnering with top-tier stakeholders. Your focus is on sourcing excellent candidates across GTM disciplines.
What You Will Do
- Find and attract top talent using diverse sourcing techniques.
- Utilize Boolean search and LinkedIn for passive candidate sourcing.
- Embed with clients to understand their social and professional culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to promote good talent practices.
- Source excellent professionals across GTM disciplines.
What We Expect
- 4-8 years sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
- At least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience.
- Strong Boolean and sourcing skills with excellent communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
