The Role: Senior GTM Sourcer

As a Senior GTM Sourcer, you will find and attract the world's best talent for our clients using innovative sourcing techniques. You will embed with one client at a time, understanding their culture and partnering with top-tier stakeholders. Your focus is on sourcing excellent candidates across GTM disciplines.

What You Will Do

  • Find and attract top talent using diverse sourcing techniques.
  • Utilize Boolean search and LinkedIn for passive candidate sourcing.
  • Embed with clients to understand their social and professional culture.
  • Partner with stakeholders to promote good talent practices.
  • Source excellent professionals across GTM disciplines.

What We Expect

  • 4-8 years sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
  • At least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience.
  • Strong Boolean and sourcing skills with excellent communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
