What will you do at Internal R4R Recruiter?

You will be responsible for finding and attracting the world’s best recruiters to work at Talentful. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize deep sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and innovative strategies.
  • Work internally to support the revenue function.
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders to communicate the value of excellent talent practices.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has:

  • 1-2 years of non-technical or R4R recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-volume hiring experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
