What to Expect from the Traineeship Verandermanagement
This traineeship at Talent&Pro offers a direct permanent contract, including 27 vacation days. You will benefit from a flexible mobility budget tailored to your preferences, such as a lease car, bike, NS Businesscard, shared scooter, or a €225,- gross allowance. Switching options are available during your tenure. Expect a monthly salary of €3.128,- (inclusive of 8.33% holiday allowance) with own transport, or €2.903,- with a lease car (no personal contribution). Your salary will also grow annually with your development.
You will be assigned a People Manager, who will serve as your personal career coach, supporting your growth journey. There is an unlimited budget for education, training, and further schooling to stimulate your professional development. Additionally, you can participate in engaging activities like our ski trip, weekly bootcamp, and various festivals.
Traineeship Structure
The traineeship has several core components:
- You can start every month with what is considered the best onboarding program in the Netherlands! Apply now and commence your journey at Talent&Pro on dates like Monday, March 23, Friday, April 3, or April 17, 2026.
- Quickly gain significant work experience with prominent organizations within and outside the financial services sector, including ABN AMRO, ASR, and the Tax Authorities.
- Benefit from continuous skills training, specialized professional courses such as Wft’s and Agile Leadership, Management Development, Communicating with Stakeholders, and Lean Green Belt.
The Business Change Management Unit
As a Traineeship Verandermanagement candidate within our Business Change Management unit, you will assist various financial service providers with complex change projects. A key example includes the implementation of the Future Pensions Act (Wet Toekomst Pensioenen). Furthermore, we are increasingly offering opportunities in change management outside the financial sector, such as within the new energy transition and the public sector. As a change manager, you will make an impact across all sectors by significantly contributing to the evolving environment at both process and project levels. You will begin by acquiring practical knowledge, delving deep into existing processes and regulations. This valuable experience will ultimately enable you to play a crucial role at both process and project levels, making an impact within the financial sector and beyond.

Your Profile
- In possession of a higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) degree, or in the final stages of your study, and available for 32-40 hours per week.
- A starter in the job market, focused on both professional and personal development.
- Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a good dose of courage!
- Flexible in deployment and enthusiastic about secondment. You are willing to travel to the Randstad, despite the possibility of hybrid work.
