About Talent&Pro

At Talent&Pro, we offer a direct permanent contract with 27 vacation days. You can also expect a flexible mobility budget tailored to your transportation preferences, including a lease car, bicycle, NS Businesscard, shared scooter, or a €225 gross allowance. Switching options are available! Enjoy a monthly salary of €3,128 (including 8.33% holiday pay) with your own transport, or €2,903 with a lease car (no personal contribution). Your salary will also grow annually with your development. You will be assigned a People Manager, your personal career coach, who will support you in your growth. We provide an unlimited budget for education, training, and further schooling to stimulate your development. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to participate in exciting activities such as our ski trip, weekly bootcamp, or festivals.

What to Expect as a Trainee Banking & Finance

The Traineeship Banking & Finance consists of several key components, designed to give you a comprehensive start in the financial sector.

• Gain essential work experience with various banking clients in retail services, including prominent names like ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ASN Bank, and SVn. You can also undertake assignments within business services, contributing to highly relevant work experience and enhancing your skills.
• Engage in continuous professional and skills training, such as Wft certifications, a Masterclass in the Mortgage Industry, and our 'Managing Your Own Development' program.

Your Development in the Talent Phase

The onboarding program provides a strong kickstart to your traineeship. Following this, you will begin working with a client, focusing on learning, applying knowledge, and mastering professional practices. Through 'job-hopping' within your Talent phase, you will discover your precise interests and preferences. During your initial assignment as a junior consultant, you will often engage directly with customers, quickly learning to assess diverse situations. You'll gain exposure to mortgages, as well as a range of banking products like payment and savings accounts, wealth management, investments, consumer credit, and special asset management. You'll take on roles such as a management assistant, mortgage acceptor, or credit application assessor.

Specializing in the Pro Phase

After successfully completing your Talent phase, you will advance to specialization within the Pro phase. As a 'Pro'er', you will possess the comprehensive knowledge, advanced skills, and necessary certifications to handle more complex challenges. In an advisory capacity, you might guide private clients on their mortgages, investments, or the fiscal advantages of various banking products. Alternatively, you could contribute to innovation, working within a project team on the launch of a new product or the redesign of the client journey. In the Pro-phase, you will continue to work on a secondment basis, consistently seeking out and mastering new complexities.

Growth Through Education, Experience, and Coaching

Your development journey includes various professional training courses and certifications, notably Wft Vermogen (Wealth), Wft Hypothecair Krediet (Mortgage Credit), and DSI Beleggen (Investments). Beyond knowledge acquisition, your training as a banker also encompasses vital skills development. Opportunities include certifications in Agile/Scrum-Foundation and Lean Six Sigma. Who You Are

• You hold an HBO or WO diploma, or are in the final stages of your studies. If you have an MBO 4 or Associate degree, you are also welcome to apply after successfully completing a capacity test.
• You are a starter in the job market, focused on both your professional and personal development.
• You are communicatively skilled, service-oriented, and assertive.
• You are flexible in deployment and enthusiastic about working on a secondment basis. You are prepared to travel to the Randstad region, despite the possibility of hybrid work arrangements.
