About Talent&Pro
Talent&Pro offers a direct permanent contract with 27 vacation days. Additionally, you can expect a flexible mobility budget tailored to your transportation preferences: a lease car, bicycle, NS Businesscard, shared scooter, or a gross allowance of €225. Switching options are available! You will receive a monthly salary of €3,128 (incl. 8.33% holiday pay) with your own transportation, or €2,903 with a lease car (without personal contribution). Your salary will also grow annually with your development. You'll be supported by a People Manager, your personal career coach who guides your growth, and have an unlimited budget for education, training, and further schooling to stimulate your development. You can also participate in fun activities such as our ski trip, weekly bootcamp, or festivals.
What to Expect from the Traineeship Banking & Finance
The Traineeship Banking & Finance consists of several fixed components:
- The best onboarding program in the Netherlands, with monthly start opportunities. Apply now and start at Talent&Pro on, for example, March 6, March 23, or April 3, 2026.
- You will gain necessary work experience with various banking clients in private services such as ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ASN Bank, and SVn. You can also undertake assignments within business services, contributing to relevant work experience and enhancing your skills.
- Continuous professional education and skill training, including Wft certifications, Masterclass Mortgage Industry, and "Regie op Eigen Ontwikkeling" (Control Your Own Development).
Your Development as a Trainee Banking & Finance
The onboarding provides a kickstart to your traineeship. After this, you start learning, working, and, most importantly, learning to work with your client. By 'job hopping' during your Talent Phase, you discover exactly where your interests and preferences lie. During your first assignment as a junior consultant, you often have direct client contact, allowing you to quickly assess diverse situations as a starter. You will deal with mortgages, banking products like payment and savings packages, wealth management, investments, consumer credit, and special asset management. You'll work as an administration officer, mortgage underwriter, or credit application assessor.
Specializing in the Pro Phase
After your Talent Phase, specialization follows in the Pro Phase. As a 'Pro'er', you will have the knowledge, skills, and completed training to handle more complex issues. As an advisor, you'll provide private clients with advice on their mortgages, investments, or the tax benefits of a banking product. Alternatively, you might focus on innovation, working within a project team on the launch of a new product or redesigning the client journey. Even in the Pro Phase, you continue to work on a secondment basis to keep seeking complexity.
Growth Through Education, Experience, and Coaching
Your development includes various professional training courses and certificates, such as Wft Vermogen (Wealth), Wft Hypothecair Krediet (Mortgage Credit), and DSI Beleggen (Investments). In addition to knowledge development, your training as a banker also includes skill training. Agile/Scrum-Foundation and Lean Six Sigma are among the possibilities. To further stimulate your growth, we offer access to YODA (Your Own Development Area), Talent&Pro's platform for self-development. We believe that personal development is just as important as expanding your professional knowledge. Together with your People Manager and our Academy, you will complete your career in the banking world.
Who You Are
- In possession of a higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) degree, or in the final phase of your study. If you have an mbo 4 or Associate degree, you are also welcome after passing a capacity test! Apply via this vacancy.
