About Talent&Pro

We offer you a gross monthly salary between €2,550 and €3,700, depending on your experience. We support you with a mobility budget that suits your way of traveling, including options like a lease car, bicycle, NS Businesscard, shared scooter, or a monthly allowance of €225. You'll find a varied position with ample room to experiment and devise new strategies to reach your target audience. We are committed to your development within our dedicated Recruitment Competence Center. You'll be provided with a laptop and phone upon your start. We ensure plenty of time for relaxation and socializing, from team outings and drinks to our annual ski trip.

What to Expect as a Corporate Recruiter

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will collaborate with a close-knit team of ten colleagues. Together, we are responsible for helping approximately 500 higher education talents annually find their growth path within the financial services sector. Each recruiter manages their own business unit, focusing on specific areas like Banking & Business, Compliance, Risk & Legal, or House of Bèta. You will deeply understand your target demographic: where they are, what appeals to them, and how to effectively engage and convince them. Utilizing PowerBI, you will monitor your recruitment efforts' results and make adjustments as needed. This role involves close cooperation with our marketing team, where you will actively contribute ideas for innovative approaches and strategies.

Once talent is identified, you will conduct the job interview and manage the entire process from initial introduction to successful hiring. No two days are alike; you will participate in training days, contribute to campus activities, and have opportunities to work on various projects within Talent&Pro.

You'll join a team that values both hard work and enjoyment! Who You Are

  • You resonate with the energetic and collegial team atmosphere we've described.
  • You possess a higher vocational education (hbo) working and thinking level.
  • You preferably have 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, which can include internships or part-time roles.
  • You are a skilled communicator, capable of being a strong discussion partner for both candidates and Hiring Managers.
