This role designs and builds company-specific enterprise application systems with a focus on stability, scalability, performance, security, compatibility, and re-use. The position involves working across multiple disciplines, balancing tactical and strategic technology solutions while addressing business problems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software through hands-on coding to meet business objectives.
  • Lead software development methodologies and enforce development standards.
  • Design and build web or mobile applications solving specific business problems.
  • Guide and review peer code to maintain quality and standards.
  • Lead architecture and design discussions and drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Participate in build vs. buy evaluations and support system performance, budgeting, and planning.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and significant hands-on technical implementation experience. Applicants should have at least 3+ years in mid to large IT enterprise environments and 5-6 years with IT enterprise infrastructure. Experience with Edifecs, JavaScript, and SQL is necessary and industry certifications are preferred.
