The Senior Compliance Analyst is a crucial member of TalentAlly's Employment and Compliance team, reporting directly to the Senior Compliance Manager. This role is instrumental in bolstering the organization's global compliance program, ensuring unwavering adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the robust implementation and ongoing management of the organization's global compliance program.
- Champion a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct across all levels of the organization.
- Actively assist with internal investigations, providing thorough analysis and documentation.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of new and existing compliance policies.
- Design and deliver engaging compliance training initiatives to educate employees and management.
- Analyze complex compliance program data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate emerging compliance trends and regulatory changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary resource for employees and management on ethical standards and various compliance requirements.
