What You Will Get To Do

• Execute operations activities, including transaction processing, tax payments, and account maintenance with accuracy and timeliness.
• Input and maintain client data in InnoTrust, InnoPay, and other systems.
• Process various financial transactions such as cash, wire, ACH, check, and securities.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage personal workload, support teammates, and escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to documented processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal departments, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with client relationship teams to resolve client issues.
• Provide timely user support and follow-up on client service requests.
• Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in audits by gathering and organizing required data.
• Participate in internal projects as needed.

What You Will Bring

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and within strict deadlines.
• Willingness to challenge and improve current processes.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Preferred Experience

• Financial services experience, including reconciliation, shadow posting, and processing cash and securities transactions.
• Knowledge of trust operations, financial markets, securities, or retirement industries.
• Familiarity with InnoTrust, Black Diamond, Advent ACD, InnoPay, or SQL.
