The Role: Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant works both independently and collaboratively, completing a wide array of administrative support duties. These include calendaring, agenda and meeting management, organizing the internal file system, and assisting with various projects and reports in a professional manner. This role requires a highly resourceful team-player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, demonstrates fantastic multi-tasking abilities, exhibits great attention to detail, and is highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general clerical and administrative functions and special projects for the Maui office staff.
- Assist with organizing the department's internal file system.
- Assist in guiding, training, and directing the work of other clerical support personnel.
- Communicate effectively with all 4LEAF personnel and clientele.
- Maintain and utilize an internal calendar to make and confirm appointments, meetings, trainings, and workshops.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for necessary office supplies or equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly organized and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a full-time temporary position offering benefits such as 401(k), dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The starting pay range is $22.79 to $31.30 per hour, with the base pay dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Schedule & Location
This full-time temporary role operates with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, on-site in Maui, HI.
