Join Talent's client, a leading financial services organisation based in Auckland, and help shape their vision. As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer-related data into tangible insights that elevate the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client-centric initiatives, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance digital platforms and ensure that every interaction reflects a commitment to quality service and simplicity. Your insights will influence strategies that reshape how this organisation connects with their customers, making a significant impact in the organisation and the financial services sector.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Python for in-depth data analysis and visualisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports specifically related to customer behaviour for tracking customer engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of customer experience principles, with a knack for identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
Nice To Have Skills
- Familiarity with Databricks for exploratory analysis and data preparation.
- Experience in the financial services industry or similar environment.
- Understanding of predictive modeling techniques for customer retention and engagement.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar data analysis or insights role.
