Overview

Talent Shift is seeking a Technology Risk Governance and Oversight expert to lead IT audit activities on a project basis. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

Lead and support audit activities related to technology risk governance, including planning, execution, and reporting. Evaluate IT risk management frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and governance structures. Review and assess alignment with regulatory standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the FFIEC IT Examination Handbook. Assess fraud risk controls within technology environments and ensure appropriate governance mechanisms are in place.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields. Over 10 years of IT Audit experience in banking, with strong expertise in NIST and FFIEC standards. Applicants must reside in the continental U.S. and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
