About the Role: Search Marketing Analyst

Talent Scout, in partnership with Direct Agents, is seeking a proactive Search Marketing Analyst who is passionate about data analysis, strategic testing, and continuous campaign optimization to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Own
- Manage daily execution and optimization of paid search campaigns for multiple client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance rigorously to maintain strong Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
- Conduct thorough research into client businesses, product offerings, and competitive landscapes.
- Utilize analytics and performance data to guide and inform campaign improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal paid media teams on campaign execution and overarching strategy.
- Communicate detailed campaign performance and strategic insights directly to clients.
- Provide support for audits and custom pitches alongside the business development team.
- Work cross-functionally with various channel teams to support integrated marketing strategies.
- Leverage internal tools and proprietary technologies to boost campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Who You Are
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in paid search or broader search marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance-driven campaigns across sectors like e-commerce, B2B, entertainment, or direct-response.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proven problem-solving skills.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.
- A proactive mindset, taking full ownership over campaign performance and results.
- Clear and compelling communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
- A solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and direct-response marketing principles.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with multiple clients in an agency environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, website structure, or landing page optimization techniques.
- Exposure to CSS or JavaScript.
- Experience with web analytics tools and attribution platforms.
