Overview

Talent Scout is seeking a sharp, proactive Sales Operations Assistant to work directly with the co-founder. In this remote LATAM role, you will keep the sales engine running smoothly and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

  • Own post-meeting follow-ups and maintain momentum
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene in Pipedrive
  • Build and run follow-up cycles with leads and deals
  • Support outbound efforts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
  • Turn rough sales ideas into clear execution plans
  • Draft warm, professional communications in Mike’s voice
  • Track open loops so nothing is dropped
  • Research conferences and support logistics
  • Create lightweight systems including templates, checklists, and trackers

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in Sales Ops, BD support, or founder-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and Apollo (required)
  • Strong Pipedrive discipline
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Fast, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Strong judgment and discretion

Nice to Have

  • Experience in relationship-driven sales
  • Light reporting in Google Sheets
  • Experience coordinating travel or events

Job Details

This is a remote position for candidates in LATAM with a competitive monthly salary and PTO plus holiday calendar.
