About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow HAM/SAM solutions and workflows.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Improve Asset Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, Asset Normalization, and HAM Workspace.
- Design and optimize Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Request Fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain CMDB integrity using CSDM, Asset-to-CI relationships, and IRE.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server integrations.
- Support Discovery, CMDB governance, data migration, and normalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow Development experience.
- Expertise in HAM and SAM modules.
- JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
- Flow Designer & IntegrationHub.
- CMDB, CSDM, IRE, Asset-to-CI relationships.
- Asset Lifecycle & Inventory Management.
- REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server.
- Discovery, Data Migration, Asset Normalization.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
