About the Senior Data & Business Intelligence Specialist Role at Talent Gateway
Talent Gateway is seeking top-tier Data & Business Intelligence talent in the Philippines to partner with a highly technical client. This client demands excellence and is looking for an elite Senior Data & Business Intelligence Specialist to fully own and manage a complex data infrastructure. This is a senior-level opportunity for a builder, not a junior role, focusing on transforming fragmented data into clean, automated, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Data & Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be deeply respected for your technical expertise and will be a core driver of business decisions. Your main focus will be to take absolute ownership of complex data infrastructure, ensuring data is clean, automated, and provides actionable insights. This involves:
- Architecting and managing cloud data solutions.
- Automating reporting workflows from various systems.
- Building complex Power BI dashboards from scratch.
- Integrating data from diverse software systems using APIs.
- Maintaining complex data models and leveraging advanced Excel functionalities.
What You Must Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 3-5+ years of proven, heavy-hitting experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or advanced reporting.
- The Microsoft Stack: Exceptional, hands-on proficiency with Azure (for managing/storing data) and building complex Power BI dashboards from scratch.
- System Integration: Demonstrated ability to pull data from various software systems using APIs.
- Advanced Excel: Deep expertise in VBA, Power Query, and maintaining complex data models to automate reporting workflows, going far beyond basic VLOOKUPs.
