Writing Specialist (Remote)

Talent Bridge is seeking an Experienced Generalist Writer to contribute to an AI training data project for a global technology leader. This is a remote, contract position where you will write high-quality prompts and responses across various categories to help AI models produce natural, human-sounding writing that adheres to the craft and conventions of each format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write realistic prompts reflecting professional and everyday content requests across categories including communication, essays, concepts, journalism, business, academic, and product & marketing.
• Craft polished, high-quality responses to prompts, demonstrating strong writing in tone, structure, accuracy, and audience-awareness.
• Adapt voice and style to match context, ensuring writing is tailored to its specific purpose and audience.
• Develop entirely human-written content, with no reliance on LLM-generated content.
• Produce engaging, informative, and effective writing that achieves its intended purpose.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional experience in journalism, education, content marketing, non-fiction writing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills, producing high-quality content across diverse categories and formats.
• Ability to adapt voice and style to match context and audience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, tone, and structure.
