Talent Bridge is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager II to drive program execution across critical systems and application initiatives. This global, remote role demands exceptional cross-functional coordination, robust risk management, and the proven ability to deliver complex projects within stringent scope, quality, time, and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities
- Program & Project Execution: Manage program delivery, ensuring alignment with defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Lead the definition of project scope, meticulous requirements gathering, comprehensive documentation, and accurate estimation. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and launch plans, diligently tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall execution progress.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing robust contingency planning and mitigation strategies. Promptly escalate unresolved blockers to appropriate leadership to sustain project momentum. Track defects and feedback items rigorously, ensuring their resolution prior to launch.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee and guide internal and matrixed teams, including external contractors. Facilitate the resolution of complex issues across multiple organizational levels. Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication among executives, partners, and delivery teams.
- Reporting & Governance: Maintain accurate and consistent progress reporting for all initiatives. Monitor budgets and resource allocation effectively. Drive accountability throughout the program lifecycle through structured follow-ups and diligent execution tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in project estimation, scheduling, and tracking methodologies.
- Strong background in customer engagement and meticulous stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and foster team development.
- Extensive experience delivering technology and business application solutions within large-scale, enterprise environments.
- Solid familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong capabilities in risk assessment and proactive issue management.
- Ability to quickly assimilate and understand complex business processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Work Environment
This role offers 100% remote (global) flexibility. The broader company operates in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with high visibility across business and technical leadership. While the role is remote, the company maintains a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Bellevue, WA) for other positions or optional team gatherings.
