Role Overview

We are searching for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. In this position, you will own the entire design process for critical product surfaces, spanning from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable experiences. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic thinking with robust execution skills, capable of elevating the design standards within a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from conceptualization through to final implementation across various web platforms.
• Translate intricate workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Develop comprehensive user flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs utilizing Figma.
• Maintain and actively evolve a scalable design system.
• Collaborate effectively cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise design implementation.
• Conduct thorough usability testing and integrate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Champion user-centered decision-making in all roadmap and strategy discussions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are integrated into all design solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design specifically for web-based products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking.
• Deep understanding of core UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality interfaces.
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling a robust design system.
• Familiarity with frontend development constraints, including React, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
