Role Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. This role involves owning the entire design process, from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution across critical product surfaces. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable experiences. This position is ideal for a professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, capable of elevating the design standards within a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across various web platforms.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs primarily using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise design implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements.
- Advocate for user-centered decision-making in roadmap and strategy discussions.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are integrated into all designs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design specifically for web-based products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive end-to-end product design thinking.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality interfaces.
- Comfortable working effectively in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling a design system.
- Familiarity with frontend development constraints (e.g., React, CSS, responsive design principles).
- Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
