About the Opportunity
One of Talent Bridge's clients is building advanced human data infrastructure that powers next-generation AI systems. Their platform enables leading AI labs and global enterprises to source, evaluate, and deploy expert talent into AI training workflows at scale. They are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape and elevate the user experience across their core product offerings.
Role Overview
Talent Bridge is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process across critical product surfaces — from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable experiences. This position is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and can elevate the overall design standards of a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across web platforms
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise implementation
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements
- Advocate for user-centered decision-making in roadmap and strategy discussions
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are integrated into designs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web-based products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to polished, high-quality interfaces
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling a design system
- Familiarity with frontend development constraints (React, CSS, responsive design principles)
- Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products
