Role Overview

This position is for a Senior UI/UX Designer who possesses a strong passion for clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. You will take ownership of the entire end-to-end design process across critical product surfaces, from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. It is ideally suited for an individual who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, thereby raising the overall design standards within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across various web platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs utilizing Figma.
• Maintain and actively evolve a scalable design system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise design implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback into iterative improvements.
• Advocate for user-centered decision-making in roadmap and strategy discussions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are thoroughly integrated into all designs.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design specifically for web-based products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality interfaces.
• Comfortable working effectively in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a design system.
• Familiarity with frontend development constraints (e.g., React, CSS, responsive design principles).
• Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
